TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT:
Need a job on a temporary basis? We have opportunities for
workers at every employment level.
TEMP-TO-HIRE: Many of our clients like to
use our Temp-To-Hire program to check compatibility between
a new prospective employee and their business. But this type
of program also can benefit the employee such as being able
to "try on" different kinds of jobs and companies
risk-free before making a permanent career decision.
FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT: Need a permanent position?
We recruit candidates for clerical, administrative, management
and support staff positions.
EMPLOYEE BONUS PLANS AND PROGRAMS
VACATION PAY: Each
employee is eligible for vacation pay upon completion of 1300
hours within their twelve month anniversary period. Vacation
pay is based on your average rate per hour and average hours
worked. You may elect to take time off or collect an extra
paycheck. Vacation time must be taken at one time.
MEDICAL INSURANCE: A comprehensive health
plan is available after 180 days to employees who have worked
full-time.
PAID HOLIDAYS: Desert Personnel Service,
Inc offers six paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas
Day. In order to qualify for holiday pay, the employee must
work 1300 hours in the 52 weeks preceding the holiday and
work the scheduled business day before and after
the holiday.
HOLIDAYS and PARTIES: Drawings for holiday
gift certificates or baskets are held three times a year during
Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Desert Personnel employees
are invited to our annual December Holiday Open House. Refreshments
are served all day and gifts of appreciation are given to
associates.
